Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how WOD Timer: Functional Fitness (“WOD” or the “App”), published by Activefitapps and developed by Muslim Zabirov, handles information when you use the App.
Data collection
WOD does not create or require user accounts and does not operate a backend server. We do not collect or receive personal information, health information, workout activity, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, advertising data, analytics data, or diagnostic data through the App.
Your workout preferences, generated workouts, timer activity, and other App settings are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded or transmitted to Activefitapps or Muslim Zabirov.
Data sharing
WOD does not sell or share personal information with third parties and does not use personal information for advertising or tracking.
Purchases and platform services
The optional Lifetime Access purchase is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment information and store transaction records are handled by the applicable store under its own privacy policy. WOD does not receive or store your payment-card details. The App checks the store-provided purchase status only to unlock or restore Lifetime Access on your device.
Cookies
WOD is a native mobile application and does not use browser cookies.
Data retention and security
Because we do not collect personal data through WOD, we do not retain personal data on our servers. Information stored locally by the App remains on your device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App, subject to device backups that you control.
Your choices and deletion
You can delete locally stored WOD information by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App. WOD does not provide user accounts, so there is no WOD account or server-side account data to delete. Store purchase records and device backups must be managed through Apple, Google, or your backup provider.
Children’s privacy
WOD does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal data from any user, it does not collect personal data from children under 13. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor’s use of fitness content.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App, our practices, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice where required.
