Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using WOD Timer: Functional Fitness (“WOD” or the “App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be legally capable of accepting these terms in your jurisdiction. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Fitness and health notice
WOD provides general fitness information and workout tools only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, personal coaching, or emergency services. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, particularly if you have an injury or medical condition, are pregnant, take medication affecting exercise, or have concerns about your ability to exercise safely.
Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or other concerning symptoms. Contact emergency services when appropriate. You are responsible for selecting safe movements, loads, intensity, equipment, surroundings, and scaling.
Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, remove ownership notices, or use its content to create a competing product.
Workouts and generated content
Workout availability and recommendations may vary based on your settings, device, and App version. Generated daily workouts are general suggestions and are not individualized professional advice. Review every workout before starting and adjust or skip any movement that is not appropriate for you.
Lifetime Access purchase
Certain App features may require a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase identified as “Lifetime Access.” This is not a subscription: it does not automatically renew and there are no recurring charges. The price and included features are displayed before you confirm the purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play.
After purchase, you receive a perpetual, personal, non-transferable license to use the Lifetime Access features in accordance with these terms. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the App, its software, or its intellectual property to you.
You may restore Lifetime Access on compatible devices using the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase, subject to the applicable store’s rules. Payment processing, restoration, and refund eligibility are handled by the store and governed by its terms and applicable law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains that WOD does not collect or share personal data and that workout information and preferences remain on your device.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, software, branding, original text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to WOD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Exercise names and commonly used functional-fitness terminology may belong to their respective owners.
Platform and third-party services
The App may interact with app stores, device services, or external links operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. Their own terms and policies apply. Your use of the iOS version is also subject to Apple’s applicable store terms, including the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.
Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Offline features may depend on content previously stored on your device.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that workouts will suit every user or that the App will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. WOD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the App, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated date above will identify the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
